Parents are not permitted within the school premises after the warning bell.
To meet the Class Teacher/ Co-ordinator/ Counsellor for any discussion, parents are requested to take prior appointment.
Under any circumstances Parents/ Guardians are not allowed to meet Teachers in the classroom, during class hours.
Parents must make it convenient to meet the Principal/ Co-ordinator/ Counsellor/ Teacher in case of such request by the school authorities.
Parents may meet the Principal / Teacher / Counsellor by prior appointment.
Parents must not give gifts to individual teacher or non-teaching staff for any occasion.
Parents are earnestly requested to pick-up their child when school ends. Please note that school is not responsible for anything that happens after school hours unless the student is specifically called after school hours by the teachers with a written note to the effect.
Parents should carry out their responsibilities as educators in instilling in their children respect and strict obedience for all school rules and regulations.
Parents are requested to go through their wards school diary regularly and sign the teacher’s remarks, if any.
PTA meetings should be regularly attended to discuss the performance and progress of the child.
Parents must check that the child carries books/not books according to the time table.
Home work must be given a priority in the daily schedule. In case home work has not been completed by the due date then it should be communicated clearly to the class teacher with reason that why the work was not done.
Children should do their homework by themselves. They should not be helped in it by parents or by tutors unless they really need it. It is important that the children develop a habit of studying and working on their own
Encourage your ward to read good books or play games, instead of watching TV.
Parents are requested to send their ward in neat and clean uniform. Students should not wear faded, over-size or small-size uniform.
Parents are requested to inform the school if there is any change in address and other communication.
Encourage your ward o take a balanced interest in studies, co-curricular activities and sports.
Child should be encouraged to cultivate habitual cleanliness in all work.
Criticism of any staff of the school in the presence of a child must be scrupulously avoided as it causes students to lose respect for their teachers and school.
Parents should use the “Leave Record” form in the diary when applying for leave or explaining the absence of their children.
If your ward is absent from school, she must make up for all the work she has missed.
Children must be instructed to be careful about their possessions. There should be a name tag on blazers and sweaters. Expensive articles should not be brought to school.
