Skating
Roller skating increases the balancing skills and helps give a recreational activity which can be practised without any need for a partner. Skating is ideally learnt at a tender age and hence it is introduced in the lower classes. Roller skating is one of the most efficient ways of exercising which burns more calories as compared to walking. A child can easily learn other activities like skiing once the basic skill of balancing on roller skates is achieved.
Lawn Tennis
Saraswati Global School, for the first time in Haryana, developed Lawn Tennis as a part of the Sports Curriculum with open court lawns. Tennis teaches students important skills like coordination of body and eye movements. The program is focused on the promotion of lifelong health and physical activity, with an emphasis on the holistic development of the student. Badminton
Though Cricket predominates amongst all games played in India, Badminton is a sport that can be played both socially and competitively. Playing Badminton helps the child feel strong, well, and motivated. It can help in coping with anxiety and stress and offers a release from the pressures of everyday life.
Football
Football helps a child to develop critical life skills and establish healthy habits through coach-mentors and family engagement. The students learn about ways to stay healthy, eating right and gain important decision-making and relationship skills from their coach-mentors and peers interaction. It also helps children to recognize the value of hard work, build confidence, persistence, and teamwork in achieving personal goals.

Our Athletic Training programme continues to support children who are passionate about sports besides academics. Our special training by our coach-mentors with their experience and skills supports the holistic approach for building each student’s athletic skill to include traits like agility, resilience, proactive regeneration, nutritional instruction, and confidence.
Archery
